Unijem Ltd reserve the right to change any part of this agreement without notice and your use of the Website will be deemed as acceptance of this agreement. We advise users to regularly check the Terms and Conditions of this agreement.

Unijem Ltd have complete discretion to modify or remove any part of this site without warning or liability arising from such action.

Unijem Ltd will under no circumstance be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages including any loss of business, revenue, profits, or data in relation to your use of the Website.

Nothing within this Agreement will operate to exclude any liability for death or personal injury arising as result of the negligence of Unijem Ltd’s employees or agents.

All intellectual property of Unijem Ltd such as trademarks, trade names, patents, registered designs and any other automatic intellectual property rights derived from the aesthetics or functionality of the Website remain the property of Unijem Ltd.

By using the Website you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of Unijem Ltd and will refrain from copying, downloading, transmitting, reproducing, printing, or exploiting for commercial purpose any material contained within the Website.

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of England and any user of the Website hereby agrees to be bound exclusively by the jurisdiction of English courts without reference to rules governing choice of laws.

The service we are providing is an annual membership which provides access to specialist products and services.

Our membership term is a minimum 12 months. 

The membership fee we charge is non refundable.

Once you become a member, you are entitled to the benefits on offer.

For certain benefits, like the Credit Cards, Car Finance, Loans, and bank accounts, there may be an additional fee to acquire these products.

We may use your information with carefully selected partners in the event of you being declined by a third party; we would look at other selective partners to try and help you.

You agree to refrain from using rude, aggressive and unsavoury behaviour towards members of staff otherwise your application would be terminated immediately and any future applications from you or any persons related or linked to you would not be accepted. We would also not have any further contact with you. We would not be inclined to speak to you over the telephone or correspond with you.

We reserve the right to Change this at any time.

We may also use your information for any future services and products.

We shall use credit-scoring when stated or other automated decision making systems to assess this application and to verify your identity. We shall search your records at credit reference agencies who shall supply Us with credit information as well as information from the Electoral Register. The agencies shall record details of the search whether or not this application proceeds. We and other companies may use the record of searches and any other information provided to the agencies if credit decisions are made about you, your current spouse/partner who lives with you or any other individual identified as being financially associated with you (your "associate") or other members of your household.

Information held about you by the Credit Reference Agencies may already be linked to records relating to your associate/s or other members of your household. For the purposes of this application you may be treated as financially linked and your application shall be assessed with reference to any such records. From the information you have provided in your application form, a link between you and your associate/s, shall be created at credit reference agencies, which shall link your financial records. You and your associate/s understand that each other's information shall be taken into account in all future applications by either or both/all of you. This linking shall continue until one of you successfully files a "disassociation" at the credit reference agencies.

Before entering into this agreement we may search your records at credit reference agencies if stated. They will add to their record about you details of our search which will be seen by other organisations making searches. Details about you and your payment record under this agreement will be used to help make credit, credit related and insurance related decisions about you and members of your household and occasionally for fraud prevention or to trace debtors. You can contact us for details of the credit reference agencies used by us. You have a legal right to these details and can receive a copy of the information held about you on payment of a fee.
Information held about you by credit reference agencies may be linked to records relating to any person with whom you are linked financially and other members of your household.
We may give information about you and your payment record under this agreement to credit reference agencies, debt collecting agents and any proposed assignee, transferee or chargee of this agreement or of our interest in this agreement, their insurers or advisers.
We may use a credit scoring or other automated decision-making system. We may monitor and record telephone calls for the purpose of security and training.

By proceeding with an application with Unijem Ltd, you agree to being bound to our own terms and conditions, which have been set out above.
